Kellie Barnes, Costs Lawyer

Kellie has worked for A & M Bacon Limited since October 2004 and, having gone back to the classroom, qualified as a Costs Lawyer in 2015.

Kellie was previously involved within the Legal Costs area from 1992 to 2001, working for Services to Legal Costs and thereafter The Costs Partnership, but not specifically in a costs role.

Kellie is experienced in dealing with legal costs emanating from the VAT & Duties Tribunal (Upper and Lower Tribunal), Asylum matters, NFCI cases and other personal injury matters. Kellie undertakes work advising upon ATE insurance premiums and insurance policies and has extensive experience in the recovery of ATE insurance premiums, including but not limited to clinical negligence, professional negligence and defamation cases.
